Mrs. Vandiver made the process much easier when we called with questions she answered them so we could understand. When we wanted to give up she was there to give us encouragement. She never left us guessing what is next she kept us in formed on everything. I loved working with her on purchasing or home. She is the best at what she does and I can tell she loves her job of helping people. I recommend her to anyone that is trying to buy a home. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for all the hard work she done.

Jon Murray worked very hard on this sale, including dealing with some frustrating false starts with potential buyers that took up a lot of time but weren't really realistic. Ultimately the sale worked out fine. I can't say enough positive things about hard Jon Murray's worked. He saved me a lot of time during a difficult period in my life. I would absolutely do business with him again. Considering the effort he put into this, I think the commission paid was a bargain.

I knew it would take some time to sell my house due to price, COVID and the time of year, but I'm satisfied that we did well, and exceeded my expectations.
